Ok Guy's ive been waiting for this for a long time and my last piece i need will be here tomorrow. Right now im running on a stock pulley, injectors, and Tune. all i have now as for performance would be a custom cat back CA v2 header and a K&N CAI. I have a GM Stage 3 PCM, Smoothflow Modular Pulley System 2.9, 42# Injectors, Stage 2 belt, Option B Tank, ZZP Intake manifold spacer, NGK 1 Step colder plugs, And i will be doin a custom dual pass end plate. I will get lots of pics. Im starting the tear down tonight. Wish me Luck

Got the Charger off

While i was here i swapped out the stock injectors with the stage 2's

Got the intake manifold off. (yes that back bolt was a pain in the ass had to take the alt. off the get to it)

Swapped the laminovas around for the Custom Dual pass.

Heres the plan for the Dual pass. Bought the Bung and npt fittig off ebay for less then $10. Dropped it off at the Machine shop.

Nows shes waiting for the dual pass to be done to get the manifold back on. More info when i get it back.

Ok guys update. Well when i got home from school i had my package from zzp with my obtion b tank and bracket. Thanks for the fast shipping zzp. Well i went to my work (where im doin the build) to start.
First thing i put the option b and plumed it all as far as i could go at the moment.

After that i went and picked up my end plate. They did a perfict job. Got it all done for free.

Well i installed it on the intake manifold and got ready to install the zzp manifold spacer.

Remember to install the intercooler pump spacers so you can put in the lower intake manifold bolt in.

I hope this is helpin people who plan to do this in the future.
Tomorrow i should get my supercharger back with the smoothflow hub on. should all be put together tomorrow then friday to the dealer for the security relearn.

Can i get some info about this CASE Relearn or Security Relearn? what are these really and how will he car run with these on and will they come on? Thanks

there is a procedure to bypass the security relearn, however the CASE relearn must be done with HPtuners/Tech2/some Interceptor models do it as well
the hose from the bottom of resivior should route beneath the upper support and go behind the headlight, thru the grille area, then in front of the manifold. coolant doesnt flow uphill with just gravity of the resivior height

Hey guys i think i have some BIG PROBLEMS. well i got her running. she started up on the first crank. It seems to run good but it runs hotter than it did. 40 degrees and its anywhere from 187-193 degrees. well the boost is the Biggest problem. In second gear i peak 17psi at 6500 rpm. in third i peak 19psi at 6500? whats wrong here? also how do i know if i have to do the case relearn? i have no CEL and my scanner isnt reading anything?
