That's why I'm only running @20psi... I'm going to test on the dyno next weekend from 18-22 and see what it does.
the car will take 25psi with no issues.

i ran 25-26psi for about two days, never knew it...boost gauge maxed at 20 and the day or two before i thought i had set the boost controler to 21...i must have given it an extra twist.

pulls like a SOB, but makes limited extra power.

any idea of the time frame till they release it, and the cost? also whether or not they will offer a choice of t-3 and t-4 flanges. another question i have is if you run a journal bearing turbo won't you need a scavenge pump for the return line with the turbo sitting that low?

i know i know, you don't condone the use of journal bearing turbo's

yup!

and just for clareification, if the oil return works on my BB unit, a journal barring unit will have no issues.

jurnal barring turbos require full operateing oil pressure so they arnt a fraction as pickey as a BB unit when dealing with oil feed/return.

ok cool, i was under the impression that with a journal bearing turbo the drain had to flow very well or it would cause leaks, and also cause the oil to sit in the housing and not drain.

you need a working drain, but like i said, if it works on a BB turbo, it will be more then fine on a journal barring.

Side exhaust turbo ftw!

I can't believe that your using a huge air to air and the water to air together. I'm just using my water to air.

Nice work. Keep it up.
