05 SS/SC Shifter Cables

This is probably a stupid question(s), but I feel it necessary;

1.) Is there any method of adjusting the shifter cables? AKA shorter/longer etc. My 2nd gear will occasionally pop out of gear on its own, and I'm fairly certain it's the cables.

2.) If not, any one know where these can be bought for our cars?

look in the how-to section on swapping out shifters and you'll see how the shifter connects to the cables. Just do some slight adjusting till you think you've got the problem solved.

It's not hard at all, and you can't really mess anything up.

Pull the center console apart, the adjustments are under where the shift boot is.

Yeah, I installed the short throw, but I've always had this problem. I was never entirely sure if the cables them selves were adjustable, and have been too lazy to do anything about.

Thanks a ton guys!
