I'm just really curious cause these threads are popping up everywhere. (myself included) about buying a tvs, running it (or not even installing it) and then selling it asap to buy a turbo kit.

Because MOST people arent happy with spending 2k at getting 40whp more than they had before.

True. I was just saying most people. Either that or they just needed the money for other investments other than the car.

 

I like my TVS. I didnt go bare bones with it i got almost any supporing mod i could and i got what i wanted. I wanted 300 plus. I got what i wanted and ended up with more.

 

I feel a lot of people were stepping away from the TVS because they didn't understand what they needed to make power with it. They thought they could just pop it on, have a half way decent tune and be done. When in reality octane plays the biggest factor with the TVS, then the tuning.
