07 ss/sc won't turn over, radio wont work.

i went to start my car( in storage) because i havent had a chance to take the battery off yet. so i went out the battery was dead, i tried to boost it and it wouldnt turn over, not click or anything. i decided to put the battery on charge over night and try the next day.

today i went out, still no go. the radio will not even turn on everything else comes on. it will not click or attempt to turn at all. it seems like its not accepting the key becasue when the key is in the off position and the door is open the chimes arn't even sounding.

any advice? i havent checked any fuses yet but thats my next step. i just find it funny how i parked it and now it wont start.

thanks
JR

^ this,

check some fuses, you couldve popped one when you hooked up the jumper cables. did you have the key on when you connected them?

I don't think you can use deep cycle batteries on cars. I remember trying it before and it didn't work, lol.

Replace the battery or try jumping it with another running car (or use that cars battery in yours) to find out whats wrong.

It should have turned over with another battery connected. Do me a favor and check the red 50 amp fuse that's coming off of the battery cable. Just fixed a car last month with this issue.
