Guess i have. Ripping off the entire BYT Setup and changing it over to a ZZP EFR Setup instead. Gonna run me another 10.5k or so for this swap with trans engine and their setup.

Oh well after this i am done with this car and moving on to my twin turbo mustang setup.

 

Should be a couple more weeks until the car is complete and back home again. Hopefully this time it will last more than 5 hours. lol

 

Well just got the update that the new 2.1 and 6 speed are in the car and its running. Dont think ZZP has a ton of work left besides getting the car on the Dyno and getting it tuned.

Another 12.8k bill on this job. Ouch my pocket is starting to hurt since this car has seen a few build and now at least over 30k in everything i have spent on it.

Excited to get some numbers. Should be pushing around 30ish PSI with meth on the EFR.

Gonna be a fun little toy when it comes back.

Nah i went MIA for a little and they were waiting on a approval from me to continue. So it was pulled back out outside. They just got the go ahead and slapped the engine and trans in last week so not much longer to go. This is not my DD anymore so its just a toy and not something they had to rush at all. All things come in good time. Entire BYT setup was yanked.

But yeah excited to get it back. Hope it makes my goal. Time will tell.

A little but not something that bothers me anymore. Wish he would send me my receipts. Been asking him for a long time to get them to me so i can see what i spent on things so i know what i can roughly sell things for. But thats been with no luck so far. Not sure why he wont send them to me.

They are still pretty deep. Just not on the cobalt anymore. The only thing this might see is a bigger EFR. Other than that this car is done besides suspension.

I want to start my V8 project gonna build something with a 88MM turbo or something. Will be a mustang for sure.

 

When you're bored of the SS u can sell her to me cheap after your mustang build, and ill show u what she'll run

It was a long long time ago before i start just doing a ton of crap. This has turning into more of a build thread for sure.

Really looking for a 10.9 with this kind of power. But lets get a 11 second pass down first here next season.

 

if you have to pay someone else to build your car then you don't deserve to have a build thread no need to take the credit for others hard work and decision making

 

Yeah i love your type of people. But unless i construct every single piece that goes on my car and slap it on myself i cant be proud of it even though it was my hard earned money that went into it.

You type of people make me laugh and your ******* lucky you live so far away cause i would knock you on your ass in a heartbeat.

 

And all the tools created to do work on cars where not created by you either does that mean you can take credit for that work. Nope i dont think so then according to your logic as well. Someone else helped you get to that stage not yourself.
