Well i have decided to take Nick to Court. And ZZP will be picking up my car from Nicks and taking it out to MI to do the work nick should be doing instead of using family excuses over and over again and doing tunes for guys on the weekend when he should be finishing my car. Whats even worse is i head that he might have taken extra funds to do someone elses car before mine when i was there first. Hope i cant prove that cause that would **** me off even more.

Current status on the car and all you BYT lovers can hate me if you want. What he is doing is so fucked up that i had enough.

Yeah he wont answer the emails i sent to him about stopping working on the car, or txt messages so now i am in the dark again if he even stopped on the car or WTF is going on.

Not sure WTF to say there. Waiting for Steve @ zzp to call me tomorrow about the car. Gonna be hard to make arrangements with Nick if he dont answer me back though.

Pissing me off

I have decided to have my (Nick To Court Thread) Locked.

I spoke to Nick today and resolved things so far with him. We will see how things go this weekend on the car and hopefully i will get it this weekend as he promised today.

Either way will most likely still be heading out to zzp for them to check it out and to meet both Steve and Matt@ zzp.

So thats where things are right now again. I have decided to hold off on my actions depending on how things go from here.

For the people that think i bash nick as a person or for his tuning abilities they are wrong.
Nick is a great family guy and person. Just how things went with this build are not up to par.

Either way there is a update on how things stand as of today.

He actually said he would counter sue me because my car was taking up a space. Not sure how that would fly since he could just push it out in the yard.

Either way i am a hour away from his this sunday and have been told i can come get it then. So things better ******* work out or i am sure i will be heated again.

then finish the car and it won't take up any space! It's not like you are leaving it there not wanting to pick it up. That would never fly.

Well i spent about 6 hours at Nicks last Monday and still no go on the car. Having a issue with the timing chain and we decided to order another one to see if it would fix the issue. For some reason it gets slack and sounds like it hopping but its not.

Hopefully a new chain will fix this issue. Part will be in today or tomorrow so hopefully this weekend it will come home.

Glad its finally fixed. Wonder why this wasn't happening before the tear down. Maybe he was just stalling for extra time? Or maybe something was wrong with the original install and he figured it out this time around? Or who knows couldve been a freak coincidence that this happened. Doesn't really matter I guess, I will still be going to nick for all my tunes.

Its was just a issue with the chain getting slack. So he did kick himself a little in the ass for not ordering it off the bat since it was a 46$ part. We had it apart a bunch of times in the 6 hours i was there. Replaced the tensioner beforehand as well just not the chain.

And yes Nick is a great tuner so stick with it. My build was a little different and both did take alot longer than promised. Either way all done and picking it up tomorrow.

I can't wait. You better jizz all over the forums with videos of your car as well as the cobalt gang facebook group.

Ps. Is that Sean character on here at all, so I know to disregard all his posts?

Wow head made a huge difference and i am barely getting on it yet since i am trying to get some safe miles on it. Gonna slap 500 on it this week and then oil change and need to get a new allignment on the car since we dropped the subframe on it.

And no Sean was kicked off this forum a long time ago. There a reason for that as you can see.
