has anyone put on a gmpp, or aftermarket header or have specs on hp gain?

I don't understand how you can get hp gains from just replacing the manifold. The stock lsj Manifold flows 425 CFM. The GMPP manifold flows 455 CFM. But they both flow into a dp that only flows 370 CFM.

So realistically you would need to replace the dp to see any gains from the GMPP Manifold.
