2.5
You can run 60s just fine on 91-93, however I am pretty close to maxing them on the 2.9 that I am running now. Shortly I will be on 98lbers and e85 though, just waiting for it to warm up a bit and it to go back up to roughly e80. Ethanol blends change in the winter, some drop down to the e75 range. This doesn't change detonation factors all that much, but it's a pain having to re dial in the fuel trims whenever you find a station with a different blend or every 6 weeks when it increases / decreases lol.
no e85 near me... the 60's werent very closetomaxing out. and with the brfpr they will be fine. and impushing a ton of meth so itsnot a big deal. my car runs cold theaits are cold so thereisntmuch knockto speak of. we will see what the 2.5 brings. sometime this week keeping our fingers crossed
I'm about to go to a 2.5 as well on my tvs. Just not sure if I should run a 5gph-7gph nozzle. Right now I run the 3gph. I run the spacer between the blower and manifold so the nozzles a little closer than most people. Not sure if the distance makes a difference or not though, I just don't want it to puddle in the manifold.
ive got 4 1gph nozzles in the intake mani aimed right at the intake runners in the head. i dont get puddles and its a nice setup for the car to have. with just a base no timing no meth nothing pushed hard run it made more hp than before with everything on, so its gonna be pretty fun
Did you get any decent results while you were on the dyno. I got my 2.5 and 5gph nozzle last week just need the pnumolic( probably didn't spell that right) intake gasket and a Saturday off so that I can put it on and tune.
