60lb injectors, custom hp tune, smaller belt/idler braket, heat exchanger, dual pass kit, meth would work well also, full exhaust. Personally i wouldnt go that small due to the heat, the blower being out of the power range, and over spining it.

from my experience with it dont go below a 2.7" pulley because exactly what shortbus said. Im going back to a 2.7 pulley and spraying a 50 shot until the procharger kit is done

plus machine the blower snout so the pulley will clear... 2.5" is a bad idea.

You also have pistons, gasket, studs, and meth, doesnt change the fact that its making a **** load of heat still, and over spining the blower.

2.5" pulley makes really good low end torque but looses power up top due to insane blower draw. Heat isn't the main issue (I have a 2.6" and after a 1/4 mile run my IAT2 was ~125), its the blower power consumtion, it start sucking more power than it gives back.

We've had an LSJ here that ran a 2.35" pulley until he traded the car in. Had great low end TQ, but trashed a brand new blower from the dealer in a couple weeks.

Nah, Dan never went under a 2.5". He still managed to nuke his blower. It's why he didn't end up twincharging like planned, lol.

Why not get the boost lower at high rpms by bleeding a few with a boost controller on the by-pass valve hose.

You will still be spining the blower very fast, if you do that theres no point in having that snall of a pulley, just get a 2.7 or 2.8 and call it a day.
