2.7 pulley rubbing any ideas?

2.7 pulley rubbing any ideas?
My 2.7 zzp pulley is actually rubbing on the blowers snout. I had GM install the hub, which was probably a bad idea, is it possible they bent something? I was also told that the zzp pulley has that problem. Any ideas?
