You'll need 60# injectors and some cooling mods to fully utilize that pulley. Without them your injectors will go static and you'll heatsoak very quickly.

Thats not to say you can't run it, it just won't be worth it without the proper supporting mods.

You will definatly need 60's. I run an OTTP stage 2 with no cooling mods yet and my IAT2's are insanely high. Meth, dual pass, heat exchanger and option b going on this weekend

Thats a can of worms...

Best/Safe way to go is get 60's and a good tune along with cooling mods.

Get some 60s, any decent HE, and a good custom HPT dyno tune. You won't be disappointed if you do it right the first time.

well can u run it on there ? yes would be the answer....but do you really want to ? Naaah, listen to everybody's advice and don't... get 60's then some cooling mods " dual pass or single pass w/opt b " a dual pass heat exchanger if ur foot is always heavy on the gas, it will let u keep ur power longer...a good tune and meth if u want to and ur golden but hey with a 2.8 u needa make sure ur exhaust can support all this stuff...u dont want all the back pressure that the stock exhaust will give u" header and dp " u got a corsa catback so ur good with that...so invest some money in exhaust upgrades....watch ur expenses go up, if u want power u gotta pay the price...

ok now the war begins with 42s and 60s with a 2.8. my setup is 2.8, 42lb, duall pass, S3 HE, kn intake.
i've been running 42s and 2.8 for about 4 months now. the really only reson i can run these with out maxing them out is beacuse of my elavation. im sitting about 6800 above sea level. so my injectors arent maxed out, but im pretty sure there dam close. now for the cooling mods. they say you want to be around 120-130 at wot. so i had my iterceptor hooked up and went for a cruze, got her all hot and did a pull....at temp around 75-85*F i was pulling 150 IAT2. then i went home let her cool down a bit. then installed my HE s3 from zzp. after i got it finished i went and did another pull the next day, around the same temps. i was pulling 120-130 IAT2 at WOT. and 86 IAT2 just cruzen on the highway. now that the temps are around 80-90 my IAT2 are getting around 150 at wot. so it kinda show how the weather deals with your cooling. i wasnt a big believer of option b, but im starting to believe it will be worth it, to get it on.
