Can anyone please tell me if this is right? When the throttle body closes it makes a weird noise and shakes pretty bad. I don’t think it should do that but then again I really don’t know.

I’ve done that test on my corvette.
C5 drive by wire.
Throttle should close nearly all the way and sit there. It shouldn’t shake like that. Tells me it has a bad TPS sensor. And of course it’s built into the throttle body.
Throttle body should fix it.

thank you very much I replaced the throttle body and boom no more reduce engine power!!! My car is throwing these two codes tho and it’s causing me to have bumpy idle at first when I start it up and sometime I have bumpy acceleration when I’m driving it. They are codes p0171 and p1182. Thank you very much

I had a similar issue after having the throttle body replaced in my '07.

The difference with mine is that it kept trying to kill the engine when I'd let off the throttle in the cold and it caused some fairly random idle fluctuation issues.

After running into it throwing the codes several times under different circumstances, I was able to diagnose it back to one of the oxygen sensors.

I don't know if yours is the same issue, but the contexts sound awfully similar.

Any symptoms when running? I have a slightly rough idle and lots of backfires when I engine brake, almost sounds like the same frequency as your throttle body.
