My car club, DFW GM Elite, attended a dyno day this past Sunday at Running Performance in Mesquite, TX. Got my redline on the dyno for the first time. Made 259HP and 241TQ. Was surprised.

My mods are: 2.9 pulley, 42lb injectors, ported/polished/plugged M62, ZZP high flow DP, and Thermal R&D exhaust.

What gear did you do the pull in?

I pulled a 268whp, 237wtq in a 4th gear pull. Have an 07 SS/SC, mods are, GM stage 2, Injen CAI, Mad Bab Header, ZZP Downpipe, GMPP performance catback and a custom tune.

 

I'm not sure what gear it was in. I think it might have been 3rd. I meant to ask but I forgot, it was a very hectic day.

And I'm HP Tuned by my boyfriend PD, his name on here is BlkWdoSS.

He dyno'd his turbo swapped LSJ and it made 438HP

me too. I love my supercharger, but I love the whistle and sound of that turbo sucking in air!

 

Thats what it seemed like. That was an insanely fast pull.

 

damn both those pulls were nasty! sick redline, diggin the stock exhaust sound, and the lsj turbo... hot damn!

is it just me or did it sound like the turbo never spooled up fully.

 

The turbo on his car is HUGE. so it doesn't start to spool until like 6K, but he'll be fixing that soon.

 

I was thinking the same thing but didnt post about it...lol

it never really does... im working on it, I promise. If I can get it to spool, 500whp is extremely possible.

The real show is when this car was on the dyno. Its a twin turbo 441ci LSX Camaro. The turbos are billet wheel ball bearing Precision turbos that are not released to the public as of yet. The guy is super cool. Ive been to a few different dyno days with him and hes always more excited about my car than of his own lol. Heres the vid of his. It includes 3 pulls.

The first it makes 780whp... spins the dyno.
The second one, they have PicsByPenny (daniel) get in the trunk, it makes 1026whp and spins the dyno
The third one, the fun really starts.... watch vid to see. When the event happens, the dyno was reading >1300whp.

it broke the 2 straps up front and the smoke is from burnt rubber.

And redlines are not! lol
