400 HP axles?





Got torque? now i get to have fun and get that replaced... u should see my engine bay its covered in ******* grease now. already contacted driveshaft stop, working on getting in replaced/repaired. good thing i caught it when i did or i coulda had a really bad day.

You broke a set of stage 2 axles with your mods? They must of been defective for sure.

not sure about 400hp

havnt been to the track on them yet... noticed a **** load of grease in my engine bay found out what it was and when i went to put the stocker back on thats what i found.

pretty sure thats what happened but even then the joint shouldnt just come out like that its supposed to have locking pins to prevent that, atleast on any other axles ive seen.

gimme a while i gotta look up the price i got on em, they also come with an option for a new beefier hub (from a corvette i believe) and these have been out for a while now

ok well i deleted the emails from them. i think they are somewhere around $2000-$3000 dont quote me though, you can email em and they will let you know

my bad axles are $1399 plus the hub if you get it too

Are you running any upgraded engine mounts, tranny mounts or a torque dampener ? If not, you got wheel HOP and it's totally normal that it get your axles !

I've read somewhere that wheel hop get the torque multiplied by an enormous amount ... yes it is that simple.
