Yea, you saw this link already but w/e

http://www.cobaltperformanceparts.co..._Delivery.html

50lbers are 195 + the cost of the harness + the cost of shipping.

Or you could go here

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/stuff-137/fs-projector-headlights-60lb-injectors-stock-shifter-89102/

and buy his 60 lbers for 200 shipped with the harness included and not have to worry if you decide to drop a pulley size.

if your car is tuned properly, you wont have any issues. Thats why when you said you dont want to go with 60lbers, if its tuned right, it will run fine. and you could even drop pulley sizes.

Here's another question for you, are you running the 2.85 on the GM Stage 2 tune, or was it hp tuned?

now besides this a couple of things.

GM 42's are 42's at said pressure of 45lbs I believe. but the system runs at 58psi. a 60's injector is like 70 lbs/hr at 58. I mention this so when your looking at 50 lbs/hr injector that you check into the PSI used to rate them. just to be sure your getting what you want.

now the other thing. without flaming you. why is 60lbs injectors too big? just curious as to the problem. I feel 60's are too small for a turbo setup and if I go turbo I will likely get 100 lbs/hr. that being said I dont think your turboing here. your obviously are planning on running a particular setup. so what might that be? just curious as to what setup you got going. thanks.
Good luck with running 100's and having the car start and run below 3000 rpm. It would be very hard to have this pcm work properly with them If you really need that much fuel go with the Hahn port fueler set up with 2 sets of injectors.

60's are too big for our pcm's to handle. You have to rescale the maf and do a bunch of other stupid tricks to get the car to work with them. I would say 50's will have enough headroom for what you want to do.

i guess you forgot the part that you can run up to 127 lb/hr injectors through hpt and have them work fine.

I'm wondering how well it really would idle. I know the ECM can control them, but dunno how the thing would idle.

I tried the 50# injectors from Cobalt Performance parts, and they did not flow anything linke 50# injectors. The flow rates were so awful to figure out given the data they provided, so after 2 days of playing around I put them on the shelf and they have been collecting dust since.

IOW - They were garbage!

That was on my LSJ Cobalt, the yellow one. I used to own 2 Cobalt SS/SC's. I don't drive cobalts anymore, but I still work on them here in AZ.

Well he probably got confused by my sig which has my GTO in it since I don't drive a cobalt anymore. But with only 155 posts he is probably too new to know me as the Cobalt God........now God has asked me to drive his other car. the GTO with "training wheels".
