Good luck tunning those 50 lbers. Youll need a lot of work for that. Or at least it wont be easy. since there is noone with 50lbers. all our tunes are based on 42 and 60 lbs.

just a question....doesnt the stage 2 reflash support up to 53# injectors? i thought i saw something like that around the forum. if that is the case would the computer compensate for the larger injectors?

If you need the injector clips let me know. I will ship them out to you free of charge since it was a xmas gift. The clips however your going to need to solder the ends to your harness. I know some of the other retailers have a full harness you can get.

Just change the IFR table to reflect the new injector flow rate.

It has been discussed many times on this forum that 42# injectors with our stock fuel rail pressure act more like 50#'ers.

And the 50s are even higher. All injectors are rated at a standard fuel pressure. I wanna say 3 bar off the top of my head.

He should be fine with 50# injectors. There is a single map for the IFR that would really need to be changed. In the end 50's might be easier to tune because the stock IFR can handle the flow rate where the 60's are more difficult to tune.

Let us know how it goes.

Witt also touch on a good point. While our fuel pressure is higher we need to remember that the Manifold Pressure will balance out the fuel rail pressure. So it's 60 PSI in the fuel rail and probably ~15 PSI (or less depending on your pulley) in the manifold so it's a relative 45PSI.
