The AEM bypass valve dosen't work on any forced induction car... b/c of the nature of the forced induction sucking air through the intake, it'll open the bypass... which would negate any effect that a cold air intake would have... and probably generate one hell of a CEL.

I just picke my ss/sc up from the dealer, they said i had water or (moisture) in my intake, and throttle body, all i have done is the air box mod (until my K&N cold air arrives) but i have never had a problem with it, just the other day i washed my engine bay, which i think cause the water, they told me its just from daily driving with my modifaction... (it could be possible, but ive had my car in many times since i had the mod done) so i call BS on what the tech said, although it could happen

so im thinking of this hydroshield or the bypass from AEM
