Aeroforce Interceptor reliability?

Wasn't sure exactly where to post this, but I suppose this section will do.

2006 SS/SC with these mods:
WOT Box (no-lift shift/2 step)
Airbox mod w/K&N filter
Ported and polished throttle body
Polished supercharger; no much porting done, just smoothed the inside out a good bit
NGK BKR7E's; for the stage kit I ended up NOT getting
Magnaflow muffler
poly tranny mount inserts
ingalls TD
hurst STS
progress lowering springs
hatrickstu mod
CX racing front mount HE
And I have my handy dandy interceptor gauge...

I have everything set correctly on the gauge. Altitude and all that good stuff. Now I know this thing isn't EXACT with the numbers it gives me when it comes to reading horsepower and 1/4 mile times, but here's what I recorded tonight.

Ambient temp: 30 degrees F
IAT2: 50 degrees F pre 1/4 mile run
IAT2: 60 degrees F post 1/4 mile run
1/4 mile run: 13.76 sec @ 104
Horsepower: 229.1 @ 6200 RPM in 3rd gear
Boost PSI: 12.5

This is the second time I've ran that exact quarter mile time, with all other times being as close as 13.92 and 14.16 being the highest with no "driver error". What I mean by that is no missed gears. I also need to add that I don't use the 2 step. I've found I can launch much better without it at this time.

Anyone with an interceptor knows that they have a "Performance" feature. This feature is used to record 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, and 0-60 times. Now on to my questions. How heavily can I rely on the 1/4 mile and horsepower readings I'm getting from my gauge? How much error can be expected by using this method instead of going to the track? I don't trust that horsepower reading no longer than I can stand on my head so don't think I'm boasting. I'm not. But I do think that quarter mile time is accurate or damn near it. Here locally there's about a 3/4 mile long bridge that I use to do my 1/4 mile runs on. I just stop at one end, set the gauge, and run the 1/4 mile.

Someone will probably say that I need to compare these numbers with numbers I get at the track and on a dyno, and I fully plan on doing that. However, until I can do that, I'd like to know other people's opinions.

Ya it could be possible to run that because your not heat soaking very much. But everything is different on the track lol

True. This past summer I could only squeeze a 14.84 out at the track. But, as you said, the circumstances are totally different.

I'll get a picture of the statistics screen whenever I can borrow a camera from someone.
