Mine does the exact same thing from a cold start only about 5-10 seconds goes away. Sounds like possible a lifter noise on mine.

It's a big 32mm nut on the back of the engine bay, above the exhaust manifold, all the way at the front of the engine (passenger side). Unscrew it and screw the new one in. Very simple, nothing else has to come out of the way. If you have a wrench for the oil filter, it's the same size and you can usually get it in there with no problem. It will be a bit tight though.
