Almost at 1500 miles!!???
lol very funny i was told by the dealer that the computer does not let you **** the car up in the break in period and that the boost would be down alittle untill it broke in. i live in bellmore by the way
Put our stage 2 on at 75 milea and was at the track the next night trashing it for 3 hours and it had full boost then. I guess the east coast dealers have a boost limiter on new cars.
2 things altitude and the guage,
the altitude will through it off
and the stock gauges suck! when I swaped mine out I have a 2.6 pulley and it said I was making like 17 PSI now it reads 19 or so in the same waether conditions of course.

It amazes me some of the bone-headed things that people at dealers say. Maybe that was his roundabout way to discourage bagging the car for the first thousand miles due to there being a recommended break-in period for the car as per the owners manual...I don't know. Maybe the guy was just plain stupid.
