Just did mine this weekend, and it was easy as hell to do, nothing to it.....

I used the BWoody brackets, although for what they are they are about 50 dollars overpriced, but they made mounting brainless....

I just took the line off that runs from the stock intercooler to the pump. I put a passthrough fitting in that line, attatched a house to it and ran it to the top of the heat exchanger inlet. Then I ran a house from the bottom heat exchanger outlet back to the pump. It took me less than an hour to install.

As for bleading the system, I took out the passenger side headlight, removed the bleeder screw on top of the factory intercooler, and filled the system with dex until coolent came out of the bleeer screw. I reinstalled all of that and am not slowly adding coolent to the system as needed through the fill tube. Some say it takes several weeks to get all the air out of the system, we shall see. I am thinking of going to the junk yard and getting a coolent overflow tank and plumbing that, ala option b, but am unsure how to plumb option b without the dual pass option installed. Hopefully someone can chime in on how to do that, as it would be less than ten dollars in parts to add that if I can find a resivoiur at a boneyard that fits.
