Anyone!!!!!
if you're gonna attempt this, you shouldn't need anyones help. an exhaust is an exhaust. if you know how to do one..
anyway, the only pic i've got is of my downpipe/exhaust manifold after we cut it out to make room for the new one. hope this can help a little. or at least get the ball rolling.

a "cat" is short for "catalytic converter"
thats not what your doing.
your doing a "catback" meaning an exhaust system from the CAT....to the back of the car.
thats why you confused people hehe.
Docs advice was on the money for what your doin.

you'll probably need to cut first, then remove the rubber hangers... to throw them on the new one. on the ss s/c there is like a 22" resonator (where the exhaust gets wider.) you'll need to cut behind that. who's gonna weld it for you?
You have to make 1 cut; right before the 'axel' like Doc said. Then there are just the two bolts in front of the old resonator. As far as the old hangers go, on the GMPP exhaust they were just reused; if you didn't get new ones from Hahn, just reuse the old ones as well. Its really a quick process and is a common sense install.
no welding...Cut then remove the hangers, much easier. It'll be wise to get some lubricant for the hangers though, it will make your job much easier. Also get some penetrant for the bolts (I think you can use this for the hangers too).
Oh, gloves
too
