for those who have a gm stage 2 s/c did anyone put on a fuel pump cause my mechanics teacher (im only 16 so go easy) says if i run more psi i will need to put a better fuel pump to feed more fuel... is he right or can i get away without having to buy a new fuel pump?

you will be fine our fuel pumps are rated at high, cant remember the number, but as for stage 2 and the fuel pump, there is no concern.

yeah. the stage 2 comes with bigger injectors wich will add the fuel needed. no need to change to a bigger fuel pump if your only going stage II

Only real "gain" would be the pump can back up all the fuel that your 60# are dumping.

No gains with a bigger fuel pump. The oem one is fine for stage 2.

Gm ses the stock fuel system including the pump is good for about 450hp befor it will need any upgrades to it.

The Cup cars are runing stock pumps from what I have read and have not had any problems.

AS far as I know no one has upgraded there fuel pump on the bord yet.
