Anyone have a downpipe from mandrel exhaust systems?

Anyone have a downpipe from mandrel exhaust systems?
Just found that you can get a full 3" downpipe with magnaflow cat for only 275, just wondering if anyone had one and what their take on it was.

I got my 3" system from them but why would you go with that when zzp has a catted 3" for under $200?
