Anyone have the new ZZP header?

I see that ZZP finally came out with a shorty header, about time, that will bolt up to the factory piping. Had this been available last year I'd have bought it.

ZZPerformance - Ecotec Shorty Header #ZZ-ECTSHDR

Has anyone bought one of these yet? If so, what are your thoughts on it build quality wise, butt dyno increases, and overall review of it? I might possibly be convinced to swap over if the reviews are good enough

I have been running shorty header for a long time with zero issues.

Well with that out I don't see a reason to go with the BadMab shorty header anymore.

By the time you buy the shorty and the downpipe you can just buy a midlength.....

There's a lot of people who don't buy a complete set up at once though. It's about time ZZP did this. Looks real nice.

Ya I'm planning on doing a ZZP order at the end of the week and am undecided on header, dp or neither.
Currently stage 3 GM SS/SC with the GMPP exhaust. Any suggestions on best bang for the buck?
And where should the O2 bung be for the wideband, header or dp?

As long as it doesn't have warped flanges and can accept the OEM GM style gaskets, I agree. That is why I did not originally go with the badmab

ZZP had a shorty header back in the day, but it was not a very good design.

This one looks much better. Should hurt badmab sales a bit I would imagine.

Priced well, and looks to be good quality.

I was thinking of picking this header up for my dd/winter RL as I don't wanna put a stock header on a ported head.

My parents bought me a ZZP downpipe last year for my Christmas/birthday present (I'm 9 years old) and was holding off buying the Bad Mab header. Looks like I'll be picking this up sometime soon.

Highly doubt it's this header. It just came out.

I highly doubt it's a real ZZP one, probably an eBay nockoff. (Edit:Ninja'd)

You're lucky that you have two RL's :/
