I have the GMPP sport exhaust and am looking for a way to quiet it down or trade it off +cash for a touring . Any ideas ? thx

 

You might just be better off trading it off for the Touring. Otherwise you will end up butchering her up to try and make it quiter.

 

So the touring one is more quiet...?

 

well ... both exhausts are the same in terms of tone/performance IMO. The best thing you could do would be to add a resonator to remove the buzz or put another quiter muffler in front of the GMPP one (i.e walker quiet muffer, they flow the same). The GMPP muffler is close to straight thru as it gets... meaning no chambers to quiet the tone down.

Otherwise go with something else

 

i have the corsa touring, it's a nice mellow exhaust (until you lay your right foot into the pedal, that is--when you mash the accelerator, it's the meanest sound I've ever heard from a 4-cylinder motor) if you're in the higher end of second and let off the gas, it has a mean cackle, almost a growl similar to the 4.6 mustang, sound pretty neat.
