average IAT2
I installed a 2.7in pulley on my car, and my iat2 was highway driving 80-85F and idle was 110-115F now this is with a 2.8. Now that I put in the 2.7 it reads 85-90F and idle is now 115-120F.... it was around 60F outside today when I installed the pulley and went for a test drive. I'm using this UltraGauge Automotive Information Center and OBDII Scan Tool to read IAT2 and other things. I wish it would've read KR but it doesn't..... oh well it works for now
Soundsright to me...
I'm running 2.85"
Normally at cruise IAT2 will be arround 20 - 30 degrees hotter then outside tempature.
You said its 60 outside, so IAT of 80 - 90 would be okay...
Your IAT2 Will go up at idle, because there is no air moving across the radiators in the front.
Once you start moving, it should start dropping.
