back pressure question

i got vibrant 421 header and down pipe catless to the SLP loudmouth exhaust i lost so much torque with it is it because i have no back pressure for my supercharger

You have moved your powerband up higher in the rpm range, since what you have is basically straight pipe, there is minimal restriction, making the car flow very well at high speeds with the expense of scavenging at lower engine speeds. Just press the gas down a little further, it will have plenty of power.

what size is this slp loudmouth?




im running 3" header catless DP and 3" mandrell exhaust with all magnaflow straight through exhaust i dont notice this loss of trq you speak of... i actually sold my dp and header and before i bought another set-up i put on stock dp and header... my car wouldent even do rolling burnouts in first anymore bought the zzp 3" set-up and wow tire shredding first gear again...


when it comes to back pressure i have NONE...
