With my fatass in it. Still 3/4 tank of fuel. I think it's a 19g tank.

I have to say, for that kind of money, I'd be driving an ATS-V sedan

Regardless, that's a nice ride and pretty quick for 4300lbs. That's a testament to the stout LS3

7 passes? The most I can ever seen to manage is about 3 because of all the mustangs breaking on the track. 13.4 isn’t bad.

I feel you man

Don't get me wrong, I'd happily drive the SS but there's just something about the ATS-V that makes my peepee hard.

Happy modding!

it replaces the cobalt. It's a pleasure car. Drive it as I see fit. To meets. To car shows. To track. To get eggs and milk. I been using the redline for work purposes cuz I get dirty quick.

auto put down like 330-350 to the wheels. Manual is higher. I'm happy as hell with the auto. Walks lnf all day as it sits.

Really? Guess it probably has more area under the curve because the power to weight ratio is still higher with the Cobalt.

Cobalt's aren't as light as you'd think. On the same scale with the cobalt I was 3400 pounds. No seats. No spare. Just driver seat.

Oh well **** I guess you're right. I was figuring on 3,000 pounds. Mine weighs 2,840 full gas tank, interior, spare tire and everything. Didn't realize there was that big of difference between base and LNF Cobalt.

The lsd in the trans , the turbo stuff, intercooler piping. It all adds up. That's why I took it to the same scale. For reference. Is it accurate? Don't know. But it's a real good reference point.

Mine must have weighed around 2,650-2,750 before I supercharged it, aftermarket wheels, rear sway bar, under car rails, and exhaust. All the electronic bits and components like ABS must add up as well.

Aaa nice. So you can see it start to add up. Everything counts when its weight vs power ratio. That's why hardcore racers replace all bolts with titanium bolts. I can imagine a cobalt shedding 200 pounds easy at a cost of like 4 grand lol.
Did base models not come with abs ? Weird. I remember my old 05 Altima not having abs lol. Fun in the snow. Never had issues.
