Bass_Waves most indecisive build thread ever
0% interest was 600 a month. For 72 months. But GM don't offer that. It's something about the car that no incentives or anything was being offered.
I am quite surprised they wouldn't budge on the price. I guess they don't care about the floor space. Maybe if they still have some come 2018 they'll be more motivated.
I remember looking at the Cobalt SS in January 2009 and they had an '08 Impala SS in the showroom. It would have been cheaper to buy that car than the Cobalt.

yeah. Also gotta be extra certain it's the car you want. It's hard to commit. I was paying 600$ for a used truck. My old 2011 F150 Platinum. A really old truck. Out the door was 36k for it. I had like 3 or so years left. But the value was low for it. The new payment isn't that much off. Just gotta keep playing my cards right. Once all the crap is gone. It's going to be easier to get refinanced. I expect it to be done in 6m-1 y
yeah. I thought so to. It would be less interest. But a 900$ payment. Or 1k lol. It's why I'm gon get rid of cobalt stuff. Throw it into payment. Refinance thru credit union and get a lower payment.

I understand what you're trying to do and understand it. I guess I wouldn't be up for signing a 84month term loan or a loan that takes >650 a month. I'm in the wait till I have at least 40% of the price to put down mood now. Getting rid of some of the cobalt stuff will help drop the loan to value ratio to favor a better rate for sure.
The car is discontinued
its brand new. I'm the 1st owner
very limited quantity.
Everything I wanted in the SS
4 door for family yet performance for me.
Hard to find locally.
they did at 1 time. 20% off msrp. Since then dealers have been holding them hostage. It's a very expensive car imho. But after driving it around. I can see why. Comparing cars. I couldn't pass it up. It's a 2017 in the year 2017. That's how I see it.
It is. I cleared out a lot of debt to make sure I was ok paying this thing. I was paying 400+ on my toolbox and 600$ on truck. That there is more than what I'm paying now for the car. It's literally the only thing aside school loans 160$ and cell phone and insurance I have to pay.
At one point a local dealer to me was offering 12g off a SS. It was around 38-40range. I almost ended up with one of them but was applying to grad school then. Should have did it
that was the 20% deal. At that time I believe the car didn't come with mag ride or stuff along those lines. It's what made the car hold it's value.
that would be a ******* dream come true. I don't mind paying a little into interest. It helps the credit in long run. I was close to 800 but after refinance I'm sure I'll break into the 800 no issues. That's when I start buying houses to rent lol. SS will be the least of my worries
