Belts And Hub Info
Belts And Hub Info
So what i’m wanting to do is make a sticky thread of organized info such as which hubs will work with which pulley and also what size pulley with work with what tensioner for Example: (and I have not a clue if this right) a 2.9 pulley will work with stage 2 belt and be fine, you could also use stock belt with bigger tensioner pulley, or stock belt with zzp tensioner or stock belt with stock tensioner and the nub ground off, ETC. ETC. I’m willing to make a nice organized chart with all this info if someone will just make it a sticky and if my fellow ss members will chime in and tell me what actually works and what does not. thanks for the help, Richie
GM s2 will work all the way to a 2.7, I think 2.6 someone can clarify that
The oversized tensioner works the same to 2.7.
The adjustable will work for both stock or shorter belts for the few 2.5 guys. And all other combos.
GM's hub is a 4 bolt so only the pulleys that are designed for a GM hub will work.
ZZP has their own hub, so only their 5 bolt pulleys fit. From 3.1-2.5 or custom made.
There are more pulleys and hubs that I'm not sure of so others can chime in here, this is what I've gather on my own.
