Best Mod Iv Done So Far!
Best Mod Iv Done So Far!
So I was originally gonna run the Powell stage 1 mount with the lnf rear mount but i couldnt get ahold of anyone to place my order because i think they was on the road or something. So I ordered the ottp stage 1 mount instead and picked up an LNR rear trans mount, got it installed today and it made an amazing difference in drivability of my car.
Id say atleast 95% of my wheel hop is gone and the vibs are very very minimal. iv not did the 500 mile break in yet so im sure the vibs will prolly be completely gone after that. So if you have not done this mod yet you should it really makes driving the car alot more easy and fun.

Yeah, I am in Desperate Need of Rotated Tranny Mounts!!! I have the Worst Wheel Hop in the East Coast and it Sucks cause I cant even get on it in 1st or 2nd because I'm afraid of Busting my Stock Front Axles, I plan on getting some by the end of this month.
I was actually surprised how much wheel hop there is with a stock SS/SC. After I added my intake I was wondering if I should get the ottp stage 1 before i added much more power. Good thread OP it helped me a lot
yeah adding trans mounts have improved my ability to drive the car about leaps and bounds, its the second stick iv owned and so Iv got some expirence with driving a 5 speed but with the stock trans mounts its just ******* hard not to wheel hop all over the place, the car dont seem to do all the jerking in first gear anymore either. so overall this is the best and my favorite mod to date.
I really like zzp but I didn't get there front trans mount because well ottp was shinier looking lol, but either one should be fine but id get the stage 1 trans mount and get a rear LNF mount for crateeginedepot, that is the combo im running and I love it and has very minimal vibs
Its just the trans mounts, not motor mount since that mount is the same for the LSJ and LNF.
LNF mounts are the stock mounts on your car before you got the STOP mounts.

Minimal vibration, and next to no wheel hop.
When I orginally swaped my stock mounts to the LNF trans mounts I felt improved shifts, and less slop. Adding the Powell Stage 1 rotated mount improved it even further.

because you cant drive
I mean theres really only a couple ways you can make that engine mount I can only thing of 3 off the top of my head and that style there is best for someone who wants stiffer but less vibes and doesnt care about price. Then the round poly one like TTR makes is almost as good but much cheaper. Then the Level Zero style mount is the stiffest non-solid mount you can get but has the most vibes.
