Boost Bypass Valve P2261

Ok GM has been trying to find out how to fix this code on my car for months now and they cant figure it out. They have replaced the whole valve, valve actuator, some wiring harness and they cant figure it out. What else can i do to try and fix this? Does it even effect anything or could i just the the code disabled by a tuner so i can pass inspection? Thanks

Have you noticed a loss of boost or idling at a lower vacuum? You may have a vaccuum leak coming from one of the lines going to/from it. Are the hoses on the proper way?

Everything drives totally normal, no lower boost and i havent noticed a vacuum leak. I would hope that they would have noticed a leak, but you never know with GM techs lol
