Boost Problem

Ive been having this problem with my car were after i hit the gas hard a couple times the car will jurk when ever i give it gas. If i shut the car off and restart it it will run fine. it seems like when the boost kicks in the car jurks. the only modds i have are the gm stage one a k&n cai and the boost bypass modd. I just got rid of the boost bypass mod and am going to run it like that for a bit to see if the fixes the problem. But if anyone else has had this problem and can help me with it it would be a big help.

I went to stock and ithe surging was still there, actually a little worse. Have the AEM back and it is not too bad. Debating on the HPT.

once tunned it will be a thing of the past,
timing, maf frequencies and a/f ratios get wonky with an aftermarket intake, some STOCK ss's have a similar problem, with HPT you can correct everything to your mods and make it run much better and faster
im goin in for a tune very soon, i have an aftermarket intake, we are gonna play with the timing, air fuel, maf, and boost control, reliable performance is always the key
the wierd thing is some with aftermarket intakes dont feel a hesitaion or anything, every car is different and accepts mods differently.

I want to but I don't want to have to keep playing with it. If there were a program for my car and it could be popped in then I would do it in a heartbeat. I had a standalone computer for my Mustang when it was fuel injected and it was a bit of a pain. If the weather changed I had to pull the handheld out. I guess tweaks could only be a good thing but this is my daily driver and I don't want to worry about screwing around with programming.

I've always wondered what this was. It's done it in mine, but usually when i shift to second and sometimes starting in first. I had the Injen on, but now i'm back to stock and it still does it.

i dont get any idle surges, stage 2 fixed that for me, i get as stated above (after wot runs car kinda sputters/hesitates for a second when shifting or stomping on gas and then it goes, or if im in gear and approaching 6700 rpms, it hesitates for a sec then keeps goin or a bog when shifting to second once in a while, from what i hear timing and the a/f have to be played with to fix that.)
