Boosting at close to 14 PSI....
Well Ive seen my boost go higher then normal sometimes. I swear ive seen it go over the 14 mark and almost make it to the 15 mark before. Here is a video of it boosting at almost 14. Is this normal? All I have is a exaust on my 06 ss/sc. Where do you guys/gals boost at?

A better flowing exhaust will not help you make more boost. In fact, almost any mod besides a smaller pulley will usually cause a drop in boost. Because most of the boost comes from restrictions in the intake/exhaust.
Losing those restrictions may drop boost, but won't hurt performance by droping boost. Its more effecient boost, so it is still better, even though it may be a little lower.
But that could be why your car seems to put down higher numbers than other similar cars.

Since it started gettin cold I've been gettin about 9300 KPA instead of a test from stock 8300. I've been told this is called boost-creep. It happens when the wheather get cold. Apparently not a good idea to always be on the boost when this happens.

Cold air is more dense than warm air. When it's cold out, the SC is able to get more in verus a hot day. Your numbers seem dead-on for what i see on my Impala in cold vs warm/hot.
Don't listen to the boost stack crap either, i proved that therory wrong a year ago

I agree with the theory of the temperature. Mainly because in the summer it used to hid exactly 12.5 lbs of boost. I did get my exaust and spend more time looking at my RPM then my boost gauge. The other day I was drving with my friend and he was like dude what do you boost? I told him 12.5 and hes like "your practically hitting 15 now"
It was on a cold night. Sounds to me like the temperature is just causing me to boost higher, easier to cram cold air in then hot air, makes sense.
as far as the stock meter being wrong I highly doubt that. Ive heard "It cant go higher then 12.5, its limited to that" who ever said that is dumb. Anyway IM practically up to 15 and the gauge is from a very reputable company, so I doubt it is incorrect. Its possible, but I still highly doubt it.
I find it much easier to believe the Hot/cold theory then the boost gauge is wrong one....

"Boost creep occurs when the wastegate/turbocharger combination is improperly sized and cannot dump enough exhaust gasses. The symptom is rising boost as RPMs rise, sometimes in an uncontrolled fashion. To reduce this effect, either install a larger capacity wastegate, or an exhaust turbine with a higher A/R ratio."
I don't think you guys can have boost creep.
It may, as has been mentioned, be due to the air. Colder air is thicker.
