Bouncing rev/possible tb issue?

I have seen numerous posts on the forums and have yet found any clarity on the issue. I have/had a bad misfire in my second cylinder. My car is an 05 ss/sc with 70,000 miles on it. Me being impatient decided to go about everything the wrong way and just bought a coil for it as well as new plugs without testing my old one. It seemed to fix the problem and then a week later my misfire came back. I then found a sick deal on stock injectors so I replaced those. The car ran great for about 30 minutes and then once again, bad misfire. I did a compression test and the car has good compression. This is where I decided to do some research and found that the throttle bodys like collecting **** and need to be cleaned. I pulled mine off and it was pretty carboned up. I cleaned it out by using maf sensor cleaner. I sprayed it onto a cloth and then wiped the throttle body clean. I had a hard time getting around the blade. I wasnt thinking and decided to remove the blade to get a better cleaning and I think I may have fucked it up. I got one screw out and the other wouldnt budge. I decided to put the other screw back in using the recomended locktite and just cleaned it the best I could. i put everything back together and now my car seems to run fine except its slow as ballz now. I straight up bot beat by a mini van. It seemed to pick up acceleration after about 30 miles but still doesnt feel right. Im wondering if maybe the butterfly is getting stuck and isnt opening all the way or perhaps my car is still trying to relearn the fuel trim. I did have the battery unplugged during every repair to make sure the computer reset. Anyone else have issues with your car being slow after cleaning the throttle body? also if I fucked it up does suggest the ls4 throttle body over the stock one?

It sounds messed up. You could've just moved the valve with your hand. I cleaned my TB that way, and have no problems, contrary to popular belief. Others have too, but it's more so of a 50/50 thing between people whether or not to touch the butterfly valve.

You don't have the LS4 TB unless you have a TVS.
