Nope.

The Eaton Supercharger has an internal bypass valve. I think some of the older eaton units had external bypass valves and maybe then you could do something, but not on ours....

The whole Eaton Bypass valve system still remains a mystery to us Cobalt guys

Once somebody figures out how everything works, we will be able to adjust and fine-tune the whole boost system. The SS S/C is set from the factory to open the bypass valve at anything above 12 PSI - if we can modify that setting, it will allow guys to push more boost - say up to 14 PSI stock.

I suppose it mostly involves the ECU, so if some company decides to make a "power programmer" or something of the like, then the SS S/C guys will be all set. Just plug in the tuner, and adjust all the parameters using the module - now that would be cool

On a centrifugal supercharger you could do that since the throttle is after the compressor outlet. Since the throttle is before the compressor outlet on our setup there isn't a need to "Blow Off" built up boost.

Exactly. You'll find that centri blowers can have "bovs" / bypass valves (my bros friend's actually has 2). Particularly very large ones. In addition to the obvious, compressor surge can be a big problem on centris.
