Sure you can do it by removing the SC'er and go turbo

first off to the people above who said that ths cant happen it can. All that needs to happen is the flange for the bov needs to be welded to the intake manifold. below the sc...... It can be done but is useless and stupid...........
Once the car boosts and decels the bov will work ecspecially if its a diaphram type like the hks ssqv, a piston type will be harder to let it open up because the boost dont relativly stay since its past the throttle body but it can if you do a hard pull and do a instant decel. itl work for a msec. but a diaphram one will work ecently, but like i said is stupid!!

centrifugal, yes. Jackson Racing uses these too on Civics/Foci...as well as a multitude of other cars like Eclipses/Stratus/Galants and Maximas...

There was a thread asking the same exact question years ago ....

I thought this was a thread coming back from the dead until I read the dates.

I'm surprised that no one said to take the bypass actuator out and install a BOV! Lol

It can be done but it's a pain to setup and doesn't really sound like what you can get from a turbo car, so the desired ricer effect won't be there.

guys, bov's only work if the compressor is before the throttle body, not after. That is why draw through (aka throttle body before the turbo) setups also dont use bovs.
