Bov problem
Bov problem
Ok so I ordered dejons charge pipe and intake with tial bov when in neutral rev I get flutter and the bov opens late and it barely opens. When driving I get flutter and when racing it sounds like poop and I get a little flutter. I hooked everything up the way Dave told me to idk if the spring is to strong or what. While talking to Dave he said that it's normal and then I threw a check engine code p2261=bypass valve stuck. He said I might of hooked it up wrong so I explained he said sounds good. Then he asked if I could check the hoses so I did they were fine. HE then said he does not know I could just tune it out with trifecta I say bull s**t.
I don't lose boost and my car is still just as fast but I get major flutter and what I hope is not mistaken for surge. I'm think it's either the bov itself or not enough vacuum idk anyone have
Some ideas to fix this issue? I am thinking block off plate instead of the stupid four dollar clamp jerry rigging deal, the only reason I got it was because he assured me it would be flawless. I bought dejon when I really wanted Hahn but hahns customer service was very poor and so I went with who helped me the best hopefully I did not sacrifice customer service for quality.
