Brakes or Wheel bearing hmmm HELP!!

Alright ppl, so this started couple days ago when i am driving i hear this squeaking noise coming from the driver side wheel cant really !! When i step on the brakes it goes away....i havn't change pads yet 42,000 miles ..... my buddy thinks it the brakes but its only on one break!!!

Worn wheel bearings don't squeak, they howl or make a low warble noise on the highway.

Brake pads.... mine were doing that 2 weeks ago. I installed 2 new rotors and pads and It went away. The inner pads were almost worn to the backing.

wow 42k MILES thats amazing..im at 42k KM'S and changed mine like 9 months ago although these will last a LOT more than the shitty gm ones / rotors too

Yea i pulled the left front off and the Inner pad was junk!! What would you recommend for Front rotors and brakes??

Hawk HPS Pads and Power Slot Slotted rotors

they hold up like hell, and ive havent had 1 issue
