I bet you it would help to a small extent. Think of it this way when your holding a steady speed with no throatle the engine is not under a load, so your in vacuum. Now if your brake boosting, the engine has a load so you would be in boost, and lots of it. So techincally it would work.
I've tried brake boosting in mine and didn't notice any increase when roll racing. My boss has a sprinter van and when you need to get going quick in that a little brake boost will go a long way.

N/A or blown, the car is gonna jump the second you put your foot to the floor, especially if you're in a low gear at a higher rpm and holding your speed steady. My car needs to be brake boosted, but your cars are fine. Don't bother wearing out your rotors/pads.
