iv got a ported n polished head going on the car and im told i can drive to the tuner babying it of course is this true?

I dont see why not. as long as you didnt mess with the cams. disconnect the battery for 10 mins so it resets the fuel trims, then you should be fine to cruise.

what he said above. I would think unless it was a very radical port job you just improved flow and your car should be able to pick up enough on the changes but of course tune to yield full potential.
