can you?

without stage 1 or 2 can you put a smaller pulley on just for little gains or is it not possible? and if so does anywhere know where i could buy one from

You can put a smaller pulley on without a tune and injectors yes, about a 3.0 is the smallest, after that your going to need injectors and a tune. You can get a pulley from many different places, intense, cobalt-addiction, billetflow. Search the vendor section.

You probably wont notice much by just changing the pulley.

I would buy a set of 60# injectors and a 2.7 pulley and stage two shorter belt and adjustable pulley tensioner. That there would run you 400 or so. You will need someone to tune your car (find someone with HpT) then throw maybe a front mount H/E and you should be running pretty good. Oh yea get an Intake/exhuast too.

It is not safe to run ANY smaller pulley than stock without some fuel mods; you may be fine for awhile but with the added air you need more fuel, to keep the air fuel ratio correct. Many state you can, however long term use, may destroy your engine as it is very hard on it. Do it right an save some money in the long run
