Had my car torn apart over the winter. I finally got it back up and running about 30 min ago.

Mods completed over the winter (yes, I know it's a small list hehe 2 job will do that to you):
Full ZZP 3" exhaust (1 3/4 primary header, 3" cat-less DP, 3" ZZP cat-back)
Ported/Polished Blower (I tried something new with the polishing, sorry for the shitty pic)
Trailblazer TB (still need an intake before I can put it on but the blower is bored out to accomodate it)

isnt grinding off the cooling channels a pretty bad idea...

 

Probably, but I've never heard of anyone doing it before. I decided to try something new, I'll let you guys know if the charger catastrophically fails or anything .

 

haha well lets hope it doesn't... Id be curious to see your IAT's tho...

 

I've got HPT and logs from last summer. I ported the blower as well but I'll check out the IAT's for ya.
