Cat or No Cat?

I am about to order a down pipe, but before I do I wanted to know is there really a HP difference between having a Cat and not? And if so how much of a difference would it be?

Just took my cat out not to long ago, i have a full vibrant exhaust and it got alittle raspy. Kinda annoying but everything flows better without it so ill just deal with it for the extra power. I heard ppl say about 10-15 hp gain

if ur going tvs you might as well go catless cause chances are you'll end up going meth or e85 which could possibly cause cat problems down the road.
