When I'm cruising down the highway, occasionally I will get KR of 1 -2 degrees (Lights up interceptor lights at 1 degree) So as im driving, my interceptor lights intermitently flash, then they are off for about 30 - 45 seconds before flashing again. I noticed it mostly between 70 - 75 mph. Below 70 they didnt seem to flash, and above 75.

I understand thatgetting false knock when your shifting or starting out slow,
but can it get false knock at cruise? Or even real knock?

 

I was getting roll in knock the other day, ambient air was a hundo, and my iats were 140 cruising, I don't worry about partial throttle knock unless its substantial, what you need to worry about is wot knock leading to a runaway knock situation

 

Okay just sometimes its a little unsettleing but i guess its okay. IAT2s are fine, about 20-30 hotter then iat1.
