cel flickering

I was driving on the highway when the check engine light flickered for a couple seconds and it went away. The light never came on or flickered again during the drive. Any idea what could affect it? The car is basically stock except for the header , dual bi pass and H/e.

If it was a massive misfire shouldn't the light continued flickering for more than a second?

I guess my next question is what could cause a misfire on a stock car unless when gm replaced the engine they reused my old one step cold spark plugs

So I send the car to gm and they could not find anything wrong with it. So im assuming maybe a loose wire somewhere
