Chain skipping

So I opened up my motor quick to check on my chains and **** after I finished my rebuild just to make sure they where on there correctly and it looks like my chain skipped a few links but it like skipped perfect cause my timing was still on point. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Just last night I put in two new chains and both new tensioner cause I don't want it to skip and throw my timing off..

Had my chain skip on the crank when doing tensioner and luckily no harm done reset timing and off i went. Both my sprockets up top were secured so they didnt move.
