What is the cheapest conversion kit to go turbo on a lsj?

Short term? Ebay kit doing it yourself.

Long term, a quality kit like ZZP because you won't blow up in 2 weeks and have to replace parts.

cheapest quality way if you know someone who can fabricate charge piping for you?

zzp tuner turbo kit and get custom piping/intercooler/intake manifold done

i dont think looking at going turbo the "cheapest" way is a good mindset, it should be more of the best/most reliable way... as zoomer said cheap will get ur **** blown up.
If you dont have enough money to do it right save for a few more months until you can afford to do it right and have the supporting mods if needed.

I appreciate the "cheaper" route - its the essence of hot rodding to go faster on the smallest outlay, and as long as you go conservative, especially with the first couple of tunes, you should be cool.
